Resort: Bansko
Location: MPM Hotel Sport hotel is ski-in, ski-out hotel located about 100-200 m. distance from the gondola lift station in Bansko. The hotel is 500-900 m. distance from the center of Bansko. Sofia Airport is approximately 163 km away, the bus station is 2.4 km from the hotel, and grocery shops, restaurants and everyday services are only 50 m away — ideal for ski-in convenience with the slopes virtually on the doorstep.
Accommodation: MPM Hotel Sport is a modern five-star property built in 2010 and renovated in 2023 (dbl 2+0/sgl not renovated). The single five-storey building offers 86 rooms and apartments (including one dedicated disabled-access deluxe dbl room and one apartment), served by two elevators. The units have a view of the mountain or/and the town. Iron upon request at reception.
Pools: Guests enjoy a heated indoor swimming pool measuring 24 m in length by 6 m in width with a depth of 1.50 m. A children’s section by the pool is available for younger guests. An outdoor jacuzzi complements the wellness area.
About the Hotel: MPM Hotel Sport welcomes guests into a contemporary five-star mountain retreat with a main restaurant seating 130 (international cuisine, heated smokers’ terrace), the Turkish à-la-carte restaurant “Lezzet”, a lobby bar open from morning until midnight, and an après-ski atmosphere. THe Wi-Fi covers the entire property. A ski-pass booth/cash desk sits next to the hotel entrance, and a ski storage room accepts both guests’ own equipment and gear rented from the hotel ski shop. Laundry, rent-a-car and room service (limited hours) are part of the additional services that the hotel offers. The hotel provides luggage storage and 24-hour reception.
Sports and Activities: Winter-sports enthusiasts find ski and snowboard equipment rental, a ski storage room, and a ski & snowboard school on site (school and ski-pass purchase carry an extra charge). The wellness complex includes a fitness centre. A children’s centre suitable for ages 4–12 operates (hours confirmed before each season; parental supervision required). PlayStation consoles are available at an additional charge. Depending on weather, some outdoor facilities may have limited operation at the very start or end of the season.
SPA and Wellness: The SPA area centres on a heated indoor pool (24 × 6 m, depth 1.50 m) and includes fitness facilities, steam bath, Finnish sauna, salt sauna, ice bucket, outdoor jacuzzi, Roman bath and a relaxation zone — all included in the stay. Massages and beauty treatments are offered at an extra charge.
Accessibility: MPM Hotel Sport is suitable for guests with reduced mobility. One Deluxe Double Room and one Apartment offer step-free access, bathrooms with roll-in showers and wall-mounted grab bars. Room features include bed height 65 cm, 1 m manoeuvring space beside the bed, door width over 80 cm, wheelchair-accessible desk and power outlet at convenient height. Bathroom sink height is 80 cm; grab bar inside the door; step-free shower with easy controls (note: bathroom door width is 60 cm — suitable for standard wheelchairs but not larger models). The hotel has access ramps and a fully wheelchair-accessible elevator. Guests with specific needs are advised to contact the hotel in advance.
Babies and Occupancy: Babies/infants are NOT counted toward the maximum occupancy of every room type. It is allowed to accommodate up to 1 baby over the maximum capacity. A baby cot is provided free of charge upon prior request.
Pets: Pets are not allowed at the hotel.

1-BR APP 2+2 DELUXE VIP: Approximately 55 sq.m. These more luxuriously furnished VIP one-bedroom apartments offer a bedroom with double bed, separate living room and bathroom, plus couchette extra bed. When accommodating 4 people, two extra beds are provided (depending on the configuration, the extra beds may be couchettes and/or extendible sofa). Guests enjoy the full amenity set including free safe, 50-inch Smart TV, seating area, central heating, phone, complimentary daily tea and coffee capsules making facilities, free Wi-Fi, balcony, robe and slippers, hairdryer, toiletries. Private bathroom with shower and/or bathtub. Mini-bar is extra charge. Maximum occupancy 2 adults + 2 children, 3 adults, 3+1 or 4 adults. Daily room cleaning, daily towel change. Bed linen changes every 2 days.
DBL 2+0/SGL: Approximately 30 sq.m. These double rooms (they are not renovated in 2023) feature one double bed. Amenities include a seating area, central heating, telephone, free safe, 50-inch Smart TV with cable channels, complimentary daily tea and coffee capsules making facilities, mini-bar (extra charge), free Wi-Fi, private bathroom with bathtub, hairdryer, toiletries, bathrobe and slippers, balcony. Maximum occupancy 2 adults. Daily room cleaning, daily towel change. Bed linen changes every 2 days.
DBL 2+1 DELUXE/DBL 2+2 DELUXE/SGL DELUXE: Approximately 30 sq.m. These deluxe doubles feature one double bed and extra bed – type couchette. Full amenity package: seating area, central heating, phone, free safe, 50-inch Smart TV, complimentary daily tea and coffee capsules making facilities, mini-bar (extra charge), free Wi-Fi, private bathroom with shower and/or bathtub, hairdryer, toiletries, robe and slippers, balcony. Maximum occupancy options cover 2 adults + 1 child, 3 adults. Accommodation of 2 adults + 2 children is upon request - extra bed is type couchette and extendible sofa!! DBL 2+1 EXECUTIVE/SGL EXECUTIVE: Approximately 30 sq.m. Executive double rooms offer one double bed or twin beds plus an extra bed - couchette. The same high-spec amenities apply: seating area, central heating, phone, free safe, 50-inch Smart TV, complimentary daily tea and coffee capsules making facilities, mini-bar (extra charge), free Wi-Fi, private bathroom with shower and/or bathtub, hairdryer, toiletries, robe and slippers, balcony. Breakfast: Breakfast is served buffet-style in the Main Restaurant (07:00–10:00). Included drinks cover coffee, tea, milk, water and fruit juices. The meal forms part of both Bed & Breakfast and Half-Board packages.
Dinner: Dinner (to Half Board only) is served in the Main Restaurant at a 5-course set menu (between 18:00 and 21:00). Drinks with dinner are not included. Vegan choices and children’s food for ages 7 months–2 years are available. On 31 December the regular dinner is replaced by the mandatory New Year’s Eve Gala Dinner.
Drinks: At breakfast, coffee, tea, milk, water and fruit juices are included. Drinks at dinner (HB) and all bar consumption are extra charge. Mini-bar items are charged additionally.
Restaurants: Main Restaurant (capacity 130) serves international cuisine with a heated terrace for smokers; high-chairs available. Breakfast is buffet; dinner is a multi-course set menu. Vegan options and specially prepared food for children aged 7 months–2 years are offered at dinner. Turkish à-la-carte restaurant “Lezzet” (capacity 60, international & Turkish cuisine) operates 12:00–24:00 at extra charge. Lobby bar is open 07:00–24:00 (consumption is for extra charge).
Bars: Lobby bar operates 07:00–24:00; An après-ski bar atmosphere complements the winter stay. At all bars consumption is charged extra.
New Year: New Year’s Eve Gala Dinner on 31 December is mandatory and included in the package price for adults and for children aged 2–12.99 years. The standard Half-Board dinner is not served that evening — only the Gala applies.
Free Services: Complimentary services include Wi-Fi throughout the hotel, in-room safe, heated indoor pool, fitness centre, steam bath, Finnish sauna, salt sauna, ice bucket, outdoor jacuzzi, Roman bath and relaxation area, ski storage for own or hotel-rented equipment, luggage storage, and daily room cleaning with towel change.
Free Services for Children: Free for children: children’s section by the pool, children’s centre with Montessori toys for ages 4–12 (parental supervision required; opening hours announced before the season), baby cot upon prior request, and high-chairs in the restaurant.
Services at Additional Charge: Services at extra charge include massages and SPA treatments, mini-bar, pillow menu, laundry, rent-a-car, airport transfer (prior request), ski & snowboard school and equipment rental, ski-pass purchase from the booth next to the hotel, PlayStation consoles, room service (08:00–22:00), and late check-out.
Parking: Outdoor parking (60 spaces) costs EUR 10.00 per day per car; indoor/covered parking (20 spaces) costs EUR 15.00 per day per car. Spaces are limited, advance reservation is not possible, and the hotel reserves the right to change the parking price at any time. There is no electric-vehicle charging station.
